It is placed on the hairless part of your body for the whole day to achieve weight lose and get the health benefits as well. Sauces and Condiments that sabotage your Diet

They may seem to be innocent addition to perk up your food but they can sabotage your hard work to stay fit and healthy. Here are Some Sauces and Condiments that can destroy your diet; try to avoid them:

Mayonnaise

You may just eat a small sandwich but if it’s full of mayonnaise, this may creep into your diet even without realizing it. A sandwich can survive without mayonnaise. Salad Dressings
You may think you’re eating healthy because of the salad but if it’s full of salad dressing, it’s useless. For every two tablespoons of salad dressings, it contains 150 calories. Or when you order Buffalo wings, this comes with a ranch sauce similar to the salad dressing. The more you dip because the chicken wings are spicy, the more calorie intake you’ll make. 600 calories can easily be taken in the dipping sauce alone. Try to make your own salad dressing by mixing balsamic vinegar, pepper, and ground basil leaves. This is a healthy substitute and it tastes good too.

Ketchup and Barbecue Sauce
These condiments are the favorites of all. You add them on you burger, dip for fries, dip for meat, etc. But ketchup and barbeque sauce are mostly made out of sugar. Its main ingredient is high fructose corn syrup which is very fattening. You’re just used to dipping with ketchup and barbecue sauce but you can go on without them.

Jam, Jelly and Butter
These three will surely add up to the taste of your food but be careful. Jam and jelly are packed with too much sugar no matter it says it’s made of organic fruits. And butter contains saturated fat and can give you high cholesterol too. Keep away from these seriously because it really sabotages your diet.

Sour Cream
You may want to avoid this when you eat your Mexican food because it’s contains a lot of calories too.

Teriyaki Sauce
Don’t add any teriyaki sauce on your Asian food because it’s fattening as well.

Losing Weight Through Water Therapy


We have learned since we were young that we should drink 8-10 glasses of water a day to be healthy. But this is not only for kids or sick people. Ask yourself, are you really doing it? Some people could hardly drink 3 glasses of water before they retire for the day. But for me, I drink like a fish.

Water is the most valuable element to life in this world. Drinking water should not only be done when you’re thirsty, when you choke, or when you’re tired. Water is very beneficial to the body and it can also be used to lose weight. Yes you heard it right! You can lose weight naturally and effortlessly through drinking a lot of water without following a strict diet. Proper hydration is inexpensive, healthy, and easy. A good way to stay fit.

How does Water help you lose Weight?

When we eat, we are collecting and storing fats to our body and this is a major complication of dehydration. Sometimes, the sensation of thirst is being confused with the sensation of hunger. So, people tend to eat instead of drinking water.

Water is considered a “clean energy”. And when our body requires clean energy and you provided a “lousy energy” from the food you ate, only 20% of this energy is being consumed by your body. If you won’t use the energy through exercise or any other activity, the excess energy will be stored in your body through the form of fat. 

·       Water, being the primary source of clean energy is not a problem being taken in excess because it will pass out from your body as urine.

This is how I practice Water Therapy:

1.    Stop drinking sodas, fruit juices, ices teas, and coffee. These will just add sugar to your system which means you need more water to flush them out your system. To flush out 1 glass of soda, you need 2 glasses of water.
2.   Drink 1 glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. Do not brush your teeth and then eat and drink. You will be flushing the fluoride into your body.
3.   Set your phone alarm clock to snooze every 2 hours. This is your signal to drink 1 glass of water. When you do this, you will serve the 8-10 glasses of water that is needed by the body in a day. You should be drinking 1 glass of water every 2 hours until you go retire for the day.
4.   Drink one glass of water after every meal to help you with your digestion. This will total to 3 additional glasses of water.
5.   Always bring bottled water with you when you’re not home and when you’re a work at home mom, put a glass of water close to your reach.



If you follow these, you will result to 13 glasses of water a day before the end of the day. That is when you wake up at 6:00 A.M. and go to sleep at 10:00 P.M. This will depend on how long you stay awake in a day. The more you’re awake, the more water you should intake.

You just have to consider drinking water a lot to be healthy and achieve the right weight that you want. Just be ready to go to the rest room often but don’t be bothered. Just think you are eliminating fats and toxins to be healthy and sexy. You will see a fantastic result when you do this.
