This maybe the first time you’ve heard this. If you can’t drink the tea or take the pills, the green tea patch may be best for you. It is placed on the hairless part of your body for the whole day to achieve weight lose and get the health benefits as well. If you have some skin allergies, you have to be careful since this will stick on the skin.
